What a lovely place on Amelia Island....16 miles of beauty!

pretty young girl(Ivan's age) lives next door!!!!
three porches, room over garage, fruit trees, 3 bedrooms,
2 1/2 bath, fenced in yard... beautiful flowering trees,
lots of landscaping started.
will change interior paint colors, remove carpet on stairs,
bathrooms need some serious love.....
back yard needs some work, and a dunking pool!
